The first motorcycle from Suzuki was the Power Free. Its ingenious design did not only catch the interest of many but also the Japan government itself. It even gave Suzuki a subsidy to continue their research in motorcycle and car innovation. That very much helped Suzuki to manufacture better motorcycles. In fact, they were even able to come up with great bikes, which later on become the winners in the World Motocross Championship.
From these great bikes, the X-6 Hustler was the very first to conquer the street-legal performance scene. It was known for its great speed, thus it was regarded as Suzuki\’s fastest 250cc bike in the 60s. This, together with other fast motorcycles from Suzuki, made the company well-known in the motocross scene.
By the late 80\’s, Suzuki became one of the popular names in the racing community. The GSX-R750 was the model that standout during this era. It was said to be the lightest bike ever made because of its aluminum frame.
Through the years, Suzuki proved that Suzuki motorcycles are one of the best. Indeed, they are because even today, Suzuki is still among the top 4 motorcycle manufacturers worldwide.
